When Sonali and Biswajith came to us with their 2BHK at Brigade Cornerstone Utopia, they had a vision in mind: a contemporary, functional house for their growing family, filled with peace, open space, and their fondness for green-and-white colors.
As working professionals with two young children, they required more than a stunning space; they required a working one. It was a joint approach from the start. Sonali and Biswajith had some parts of their house defined — the plan for a streamlined kitchen and tidy master bedroom. But, as with many young couples, they also conceded:
“Some places we knew what we wanted, some we needed assistance for, and some we hadn’t a clue.”

Designing in a 2BHK layout meant optimizing every inch without making it feel congested, a real challenge when working with active kids and minimal storage areas.
