We had a very positive experience working with Chattels while refurbishing our existing sofa set. Tushar and Aishwarya from Chattels made a site visit and recommended changes to the overall look and feel for our living space. Also the turnaround was very quick and well managed. We are very happy with the final output and the service rendered by the team. Well done Chattels!!
We had a great experience working with Chattels Design and their team from start to finish. Right from the first meeting with Anil and Itisha, to the designing it went pretty smooth. Lingesh understood our vision and considered every detail of our space, and blending our ideas with his expertise and suggestions to create a functional design that felt personal yet elevated.
I had a satisfying experience with Chattels Designs for my home project.
Aishwarya, who led the design process, demonstrated a deep understanding of our requirements. She was helpful, allowing ample time for designing and material selection. We were happy with the Aishwarya's approachability and extensive experience in the field.
After meeting with multiple firms, the thing that impressed us about chattels was the wide range of laminates and options it offered along with the promise of completion within a certain time. Hence, we began our journey with the design phase. We had extensive meetings with Hemant discussing the intricacies of each aspect. He dealt with us extremely patiently and provided ample design ideas and choices which impressed us.
Our experience with Chattels was amazing. They truly brought our vision to life in a way that was both creative and functional. I was worried about the installation phase, but our Sales manager Mr. Anil was so organized and attentive, it was a breeze. No stress on our end at all, he handled everything so well!
Hiring Chattels Design to handle our home interiors was one of the best decisions we made. We entrusted them with our furniture and décor, and designer Aishwarya was exceptionally professional throughout the process. The results exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier.
We had our initial hiccup post execution with Chattels and previous execution manager but thank a lot to Arun and Sarvana who promptly intervened and helped us get things fixed before we moved into the house. They listened to our concerns very patiently and helped us get things fixed on time. He would consolidate all issues and bring his team and get things fixed with no further scope of complaints.
We are happy with the work done by chattels design, special thanks to Bharat and Roshan for handing over the project on time with great quality of finishing and materials used.
There was good response and support from Field Engineer Yashas from Jakkur Branch to resolve the issue after fixing it during warranty period. Technician team Uday, Sonu and Ricky came immediately and did a quality work. Good job guys
We had a few issues with the sliding doors for both bedrooms and the soft close wasn’t working. We connected with Uday for replacement since it was under warranty period. After months of exploration, it was fixed by Uday, Sonu and Ricky. We are happy with the outcome.
I am deeply satisfied with the work executed by the project team, specially the project managers Ram Niwas Sharma and Rajesh. They understood the requirements and executed everything perfectly.
We had a great experience working with the Chattels Design team. What we appreciated most was the way they took the time to understand our requirements, preferences and how we wanted our home to feel, rather than following a one size fits all approach. Our designer was very patient throughout the process, listened to our ideas, and offered practical suggestions that helped us make the right decisions. Even with multiple discussions and revisions, the team was always supportive and attentive to the details. The final interiors feel thoughtfully designed and truly reflect our personality and lifestyle. We’re very happy with how our home has turned out and would definitely recommend Chattels Design.
Itisha and her team at Chattels Design did a great job with our home interiors. They listened to our ideas, gave useful suggestions, and made the whole process easy to follow. We always felt comfortable discussing our preferences, and they were happy to make changes whenever needed.
We're really pleased with how our home has turned out. It was a good experience working with the team, and we'd happily recommend Chattels Design to anyone looking for home interiors.
My home interiors were done by Chattels Whitefield. A few months after handover, I started having an issue with the sliding mechanism of one of the cupboards. Upon raising it, Uday, Sonu and Ricky showed up from Chattels Hebbal and promptly replaced the mechanism very efficiently. Very satisfied with the quality of work and overall customer support.
We made the right choice with Chattels Design. Our designer Hemanth was excellent at suggesting ideas that suited our requirement. Our execution manager Sanjay was really good with getting the design implemented. A Big Thanks to the Chattels for making our dream home come alive.
Thanks to Uday for arranging carpenter for GBR loft soft close not working. Sonu and Ricky from carpenter team replaced the soft close hardware. Hope this issue will be fixed permanently now as it was recurring issue.
